Hi, I'm Patrick. In 2003 I started up my real estate business, learning from my father. I was fortunate enough to be passed on most of his old clients and so I had a great starting point. But after several years, I realized that I couldn't rely on referrals forever if I wanted to build a business that I could scale.

So I began testing different ways to book myself appointments automatically without cold calling or door knocking.

And after more money than I care to admit and a lot of time I built myself a system that got me 60+ appointments every month with real people that I could connect with. And I went from doing 15-20 deals a year to over 40.

After my best year in 2021, closing 58 deals and making close to $700,000 I started getting asked for help by other agents around me.

Using my system I was able to help them double or even triple their business within a year.

So in 2023 I started Nexorra, a company that sets appointments for realtors on demand. In 2024 I shut down my real estate business and went all in on this because I realized how important it was for other realtors.

Now having grown to a team of 7 and helping over 100 agents my goal is to turn this company into an even bigger influence for realtors and to help them even further.
